Useful pages
You may find your answer faster without waiting for a reply. How it works sets out the process, pricing explains how a quote is built and carries the request form, the questions page answers the common ones, and the network page explains how workshops are checked.
Send a message
Tell us who you are, where you are, and what you need. Nothing on this form is transmitted from this page; the button opens a confirmation page and a coordinator will reply by email.
We handle personal information as described in the privacy policy, and our legal pages cross-link from the footer of every page.
What happens after you write
- A coordinator reads your message. A person, not a queue. If the request is about a repair, it is matched to a workshop as described on the network page.
- You get a reply. For a repair request, that reply carries or leads to a written estimate. For anything else, it carries an answer or a named person who will handle it.
- You decide. Nothing is ordered, opened or billed without your written agreement, and you can decline at any point.
Before you call
Having a few details to hand makes the first conversation much shorter. It helps to know the make and model as printed on the machine, roughly when the fault started, what it does and when it does it, and whether the laptop has been repaired or opened before. If the laptop will not start at all, say so, because that changes the first steps. If the fault involves power or charging, have the charger nearby and mention whether it has been tested on another machine.
Media and press
Journalists and reviewers are welcome to write to [email protected]. Workshops that would like to be considered for the network should write to the same address, with a short note on the kinds of repair they handle and where they are based.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with a repair or with how a request has been handled, raise it with the coordinator first so it can be put right quickly. Complaints are handled as described on the about page, refunds are governed by the refund policy, and repeat work is governed by the warranty. Formal notices should go to [email protected].
